At least you're not alone.
[Jusis listens carefully to what he has to say. The anger returns, but not the anxiety as much. At least this time, it's an anger that allows him to remain clear-headed rather than burning.]
...Whatever you need to do to ensure that Yae is safe, I give you blanket permission to do. Any support I can give you, you'll have. At the very least, we can make damn sure they have to work for it.
That being said, your life does not belong to them. You saw how well that worked for a certain old man. If that's not enough, then I will promise you that they will not have you like that. Not while I'm around. And that goes for every single member of this team. Understand?

I'll do what I can to persuade her to get into hiding. She's usually stubborn in things like this, but with her life potentially on the line or possibly even her freedom, I think she'll understand.
[He hopes she does, at least. Yae's been around for a long time, collecting stories and tricking people consistently. She doesn't fear very much, but if he tells her that not only will she possibly end up hurt, but they'll use her to get at him, she'll understand.
There is a long moment that he sits and listens to Jusis's words. About his promise. Ayato has to scrub his face in order to not have his voice hitch in his throat before he chooses to speak again.]
I believe you. [And he does, even if he's still terrified of somehow slipping through the team's grasp somehow. He pulls his hands down his face again and sighs.] I can't go back to being their hound, Jusis. That was seven years of isolation and constant interactions with only zealots or higher-ups. The leash they kept on me was as tight as possible- if I didn't agree with something assigned to me, they would update a folder they kept that had all the information on my family and threaten their life back home. I can't go back to that.
[It was a nightmare for him, an endless cycle of him being unable to voice himself, being unable to do anything but correct problems with the threat of his own family on the line every time. He eventually withdrew into himself and trusted no one, convinced that there were no good people who were in the Black Order.
This team has proven otherwise, time and time again.] I promised myself last year I wouldn't ever let go of the hope I found again or the will to fight, since I got here. Being in this team has taught me there are still people in the Order who aren't as horrible as the ones I was familiar with for a long time. That they are worth protecting and fighting for. Kaisou is the same.
[He doesn't know where he's going with this, he's not the type to ramble.] What I mean to say is "thank you." For all that you've done, and for all that you still try to do to make sure we all thrive together as well as we have.

[Jusis stays silent as he listens to Ayato pour his heart out. He can feel a familiar ache. He knows full well what it's like to feel isolated and on a short leash. The blond closes his eyes for a moment.]
You won't go back to that, Ayato. I know that the team here will fight to keep you here, myself included. Since she has threatened you like this, it means we need to take more serious precautions.
Remain calm. You can thank me by doing what you can to protect yourself and your family. Once that's done, we may soon need to organize an in person meeting with the team to discuss the situation as well as come up with protections for ourselves.
