I'm aware. The group was small enough at the time that it wasn't that much added, to be perfectly honest. However, with the recent influx of new members to this team, it has grown more difficult to manage.

[Even Jusis can recognize when he needs to share the workload. While he cares about and respects most of his teammates, he's doubtful about how some will be able to take care of certain aspects of the work. He has... high standards. An occupational hazard, unfortunately. However, given Ayato's background, he'd be a fool to not see this as a good opportunity.]

If you wish to volunteer some of your time to help me manage this, I'd like to keep specific people as part of my duties and to give you a trial month. While I don't doubt your abilities, my standards are admittedly exacting and I'll feel more confident in handing them off to you if I can look over your work.

That is both disheartening and unfortunate- I was unaware of how much work was asked of you before arriving.

[Jusis's proposal is a good one, even if Ayato had planned to offer the same, only under different terms. He might as well admit to it now to let the other know.]

Then you and I are in agreement. I was going to offer to assist in handling the paperwork, according to how comfortable you felt handing some of it to me. I also am aware trust is an issue, and was willing to return the work once complete.

As you have said, this is a team. I simply wish to show I am capable and willing to help where I can.
